Txupinazo - July 6th Opening Ceremonies
Second place only to Pamplona’s Mayor
Enjoy the Txupinazo from the best vantage point on the Plaza. If you don’t want to be a part of the egg-throwing, champagne dousing and tar & feathering (actually it is flour and mustard) on the ground, come watch it with us from above. You will see the mayor on the Ayuntamiento balcony across, the rocket go off, the panuelos raised in the air, and all the mayhem that accompanies the opening ceremonies.
This terrace balcony accommodates up to 30 people facing the Ayuntamiento (see picture upper left), with a clear view of the plaza where all the mayhem takes place.
We will provide as much wine, cava and tapas as you can possibly drink and eat.

At 12 o’ clock noon on July 6 Pamplona’s Mayor officially opens the San Fermín Festival. Hours before, the Plaza Consistorial will have filled with thousands of people, eagerly awaiting permission to tie their red scarves around their necks. For many, this is the best part of the Festival; an atmosphere similar to the first day of summer vacation. You won’t want to miss it and you want to make sure that you have a good view on the Plaza.

VIP Tapas & Wine on Plaza Consistorial
We host Tapas & Wine gatherings every afternoon on our penthouse Terrace. It is a great opportunity to escape the mayhem in the streets while still being able to observe it from above. You will meet other aficionados and can share experiences. We can also host a private event for your group.
Every afternoon from 4 pm - 6 pm for EUR 50 per person.
